Change Life From Within
terriflynn.com
Hello there and welcome!
I’m starting 2026 with a renewed sense of purpose — guided by intuition that no longer whispers, but roars.
I’m letting nothing hold me back — opening fully to all that wants to be expressed: wild-hearted creativity, inner knowing, and the color and beauty that speak louder than words.
I’m here to bring women’s awareness to the everyday —
to help us connect deeply to who we are and the lives we’re living,
to move with intention and aliveness,
to open our hearts, and
to remember what truly matters.
This is for women — all women.
The busy, the weary, the curious, the searching.
Women ready for something real and true —
women who want to feel fully alive and live from that aliveness.
There is no catch — nothing is expected of you.
Not perfection.
Not expertise.
Not even certainty.
Only your willingness to show up as you are.
Will you join me?

Clarity, Intention, and Possibility
A new year is a threshold— wide, and full of potential. Before the momentum begins and the calendar fills, there’s an opportunity to pause and listen.
How do you want to meet 2026?
You have 365 days to imagine what, who, when, and how in the year ahead. This workshop is your invitation to begin 2026 with intention. A starting point. A blank canvas. A gentle first step into the unknown possibilities of the year.
Perhaps that feels exciting. Perhaps daunting. Perhaps both. So let's do this together.
Here’s a snapshot of where we’ll start:
-
A word, phrase, or theme to inspire and guide you through 2026
-
The ideas that have been quietly (or not so quietly) calling for your attention
-
What you’re ready to do differently—what supported you last year, what belongs in 2025, and what you’re ready to welcome
Through reflection, creative expression, and guided conversation, you’ll leave grounded in what matters most and inspired to move into the year with purpose and heart.
(Optional creative elements such as color, collage, or simple expressive practices may be woven in — no artistic experience needed.)

All Heart
Individual 1:1 sessions
There are moments when a fresh perspective, a grounded conversation, or a gentle shift in focus can make all the difference — helping life feel lighter, clearer, and more manageable.
These one-on-one sessions offer space to thoughtfully sort through the imbalances and incongruences that may be affecting your daily life. Together, we explore practical ways to move forward with greater clarity and ease.
Custom Programs
This collaborative process centers on designing creativity-based programs tailored to your individual or organizational goals.
Each program is crafted to inspire reflection, spark connection, and foster genuine engagement.
Examples include projects such as prayer flags for intention-setting, vision boards for clarity and direction, mantra cards for daily inspiration, and heart- and body-centered themes exploring experiences like grief, chronic pain, or wellness.
Kindness Shared
What I value most about Terri is her heart and how she uses it to listen
One of the things I value most about Terri is her heart and how she uses it to listen. She doesn't just hear what you're saying. She tunes into what's underneath and reflects it back with so much clarity and care that you can't help but feel seen, heard, and understood.
She also has an incredible artistic eye and ability. Whether she's creating, guiding, or supporting you through a process, her work is thoughtful, beautifully done, and always infused with meaning and spirit. She brings so much positive intention and warmth to everything she creates.
But what makes Terri stand out is how fully and authentically she shows up. No pretense. No performance. Just someone who is deeply present, kind, compassionate and giving in the truest sense. Being around her reminds you what real, genuine connection feels like.
If you get the chance to work with Terri, you'll see what I mean. She's definitely the real deal, and I feel blessed to know and to have worked with her.

Terri was able to create program where each therapist could solely focus on themselves
With each conversation, she provokes fresh perspective and opens new pathways for growth and creative direction
My business partner and I wanted to integrate self-care and team building for our staff and Terri was the perfect person.
As therapists, we pour so much of our energy into others and we wanted a way for our staff to reconnect with themselves and pour into their own cups.
Terri was able to provide this through her intention flags program where each of our therapists had the opportunity to solely focus on themselves and what what speaking to them through various forms of art pieces putting them on paper.
Everyone left feeling more inspired, motivate and focused.
It was just what we needed for both bonding and "me-time."
