When Women Rise, The World Shifts

Awakening awareness, courage, and creative power — one woman, one choice at a time.

terriflynn.com

I’m living 2026 with a renewed sense of purpose —
guided by intuition that no longer whispers but roars.

My mission is to awaken women’s awareness
to rise from numbness and hesitation
and remember the power we already hold.

The world needs spirited women
with clear voices and grounded hearts.

It begins with each of us.
Every thought, every word, every choice
becomes part of the foundation we all stand on.

What we do — and what we believe — matters.

When we move from fear to courage,
from self-doubt to self-trust,
we build a world that is alive, grounded, and whole.

This is for all women.
The time is now.
Let’s rise — together.

What I Offer

Our thoughts and beliefs shape the reality we live in.
When women reconnect to their truth and voice, everything begins to realign.

These programs provide space to shift old, outdated patterns and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

Through reflection, embodied practices, and creative exploration, small shifts ripple outward — one true thought, one moment of courage, one act of compassion at a time.

This becomes the foundation for a more grounded, compassionate, and peaceful world.

It starts with us.

All Heart

One to One support

Sometimes all it takes is a fresh perspective, a grounded conversation, or a gentle shift in focus to make life feel a little lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

These one-on-one sessions create space to slow down, listen inward, and explore what feels out of alignment. Together, we’ll find practical and heartfelt ways to move forward with more clarity and flow.

Custom Programs
Available Upon Request

This collaborative process begins with listening — to your goals, your community, and the themes you want to explore.

Together, we design creativity-based programs that inspire reflection, spark connection, and nurture genuine engagement.

Each program is shaped around your theme, creating both a meaningful process and a tangible project to anchor the message. These heart- and body-centered experiences gently explore themes such as health challenges, stress, grief, pain, or confidence.

Offerings may include vision boards, idea mapping, journal topics, inspiration cards, prayer flags.

Kindness Shared

What I value most about Terri is her heart and how she uses it to listen

One of the things I value most about Terri is her heart and how she uses it to listen. She doesn't just hear what you're saying. She tunes into what's underneath and reflects it back with so much clarity and care that you can't help but feel seen, heard, and understood.

She also has an incredible artistic eye and ability. Whether she's creating, guiding, or supporting you through a process, her work is thoughtful, beautifully done, and always infused with meaning and spirit. She brings so much positive intention and warmth to everything she creates.

But what makes Terri stand out is how fully and authentically she shows up. No pretense. No performance. Just someone who is deeply present, kind, compassionate and giving in the truest sense. Being around her reminds you what real, genuine connection feels like.

If you get the chance to work with Terri, you'll see what I mean. She's definitely the real deal, and I feel blessed to know and to have worked with her.

Terri was able to create program where each therapist could solely focus on themselves

My business partner and I wanted to  integrate self-care and team building for our staff and Terri was the perfect person.

As therapists, we pour so much of our energy into others and we wanted a way for our staff to reconnect with themselves and pour into their own cups.

Terri was able to provide this through her intention flags program where each of our therapists had the opportunity to solely focus on themselves and what what speaking to them through various forms of art pieces putting them on paper.

Everyone left feeling more inspired, motivate and focused. It was just what we needed for both bonding and "me-time."

A special note

I’ve been doing versions of this work—blending art-based creativity with personal exploration—for 16 years. It’s naturally evolved alongside my own life, dreams, and ideas.

Why this work matters?
Because it’s the voice of the heart that speaks when we get quiet. The art itself becomes the language—fluid, forgiving, and meditative. And being together in a safe, loving space allows the collective beauty of our hearts and souls to emerge in powerful and truly unexpected ways.

Everything I offer here has been shaped by what I’ve learned along the way.  Proudly it's infused with new ideas and energy through my own creative input.

I sincerely hope you'll join me or give yourself the gift of just beginning.

My work is an extension of my truest self coming into being. It's a tribute to my sister Chris and my mom. Losing them changed everything.
